LENORE LOWE was appointed Executive Director in 2010. She joined NMS as the Director of Training and Organizational Development in 2008 after nearly fifteen years as an NMS senior affiliated consultant. She has worked with a diverse cross-section of San Diego’s nonprofit sector in her twenty-five years of experience, including several years as Communications Director for Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties.  A native San Diegan, Lenore holds a Masters of Education from the University of San Diego and is an alumna of LEAD San Diego.

STEPHANIE MCCULLERS joined NMS in July of 1998 as Clerk / Receptionist and was made Administrative Services Coordinator in January 2001. Her duties include oversight of all administrative office systems and office financial activities. Before joining NMS, she held several positions at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, including engineering aide and administrative assistant, and more recently office management positions with Vitality Training Center and California Naturopathic College.

CELESTINE CASSERLEY joined NMS in May of 2010 as a marketing intern. Her duties include oversight of all social media sites and marketing procedures.  She is currently a senior at San Diego State University majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems.  Being from Maui, HI, it is not surprising that she is also a surf instructor at Surf Diva in La Jolla.
