About Nonprofit Management Solutions Staff and Affiliated Consultants


Lenore Lowe, Executive Director
Lenore was appointed Executive Director in 2010. She joined NMS as the Director of Training and Organizational Development in 2008 after nearly fifteen years as an NMS senior affiliated consultant. She has worked with a diverse cross-section of San Diego’s nonprofit sector in her twenty-five years of experience, including several years as Communications Director for Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties.  A native San Diegan, Lenore holds a Masters of Education from the University of San Diego and is an alumna of LEAD San Diego.

Christiana Tasto, Director of Learning
Christiana Tasto has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2001, directing youth development and diversity programs in community-based organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America and the YMCA, where she created and presented programs on youth character education, life skills, STEM and diversity. In her role as Director of Learning at Nonprofit Management Solutions, Christiana has facilitated professional development programs on a variety of topics, held interim executive position, and provided executive coaching as well as facilitating NMS core workshops. Christiana holds a Masters of Arts in Psychology, and is currently working on a certification as a Behavior Change Specialist.

Stephanie McCullers, Director of Harmony
Stephanie rejoined NMS as the Finance Manager in March 2016 having originally joined NMS in 1998. Before leaving in 2015 she held the position of Operations & Training Manager. Stephanie is a native San Diegan, residing in North County.

Deanna Askin Campbell, Director of Engagement
Deanna joined the NMS team after benefiting from its valuable professional development services and resources for many years as a nonprofit professional. Deanna is a graduate of the NMS Certificate in Nonprofit Management Program, as well as Virginia Tech, where she earned a degree in Communications. Deanna has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 14 years in roles such as Director of Development, Program Coordination, Marketing, Event Coordination, and Grant Writing. She pulls from this diverse background to build and deepen connections between NMS and our nonprofit community.

Rachel Glenn, Member Services Coordinator
Rachel Glenn is working towards her Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship at San Diego State University. She joined NMS as the Member Services Coordinator after completing a Human Resource Internship in the Fall of 2017. As Member Services Coordinator, she supports the day to day functions of the organization and works as the liaison between the organization and the nonprofit community.
