SARA ROSCOE WILSON has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management and citizen advocacy. She has served as NMS Executive Director since 1987. Prior to joining NMS, Sara was a public sector management consultant for several years; served as part of a management team for the Kansas City Heart Association; and for six years directed a Citizen Forum providing advocacy and input on metropolitan issues for the Council of Governments in St. Louis, Missouri. Sara began her career with the Minnesota State Department of Human Rights as a case investigator and executive staff assistant to the State Board of Human Rights. Sara attended the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of St. Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri, where she earned a BA in Urban Affairs. She is a former Board member of the National Alliance for Nonprofit Management.

MARY GROSS joined NMS in August 2003 as the InfoTAP Director responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the InfoTAP program objectives. These include recruitment of participating organizations, development and execution of strategic technology plans, and provision of technical leadership and service in the nonprofit community. Mary joins the NMS team with extensive experience in both the nonprofit and technology sectors. Her 13-year career as United Way’s INFO LINE/Resource Center Director and the creation of InformSanDiego led her to a private sector Internet career with Interactivate, Inc. as Vice President of Client Services.

CLARISA HERNANDEZ joined Nonprofit Management Solutions in May of 2007. Her duties include administrative support for NMS Board activities, program support for the client services division, coordination of the NMS membership program and supervision of all volunteer office staff. 

STEPHANIE MCCULLERS joined NMS in July of 1998 as Clerk / Receptionist and was made Administrative Services Coordinator in January 2001. Her duties include oversight of all administrative office systems and office financial activities. Before joining NMS, she held several positions at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, including engineering aide and administrative assistant, and more recently office management positions with Vitality Training Center and California Naturopathic College.

SERENA NGO joined Nonprofit Management Solutions in January 2007 as the Program Assistant, and in May of 2007 became the NMS Training Coordinator. Before joining NMS, Serena worked in the development department of a local theatre. Serena received a bachelor's degree from UC, Los Angeles in Political Science. Serena is responsible for the planning and implementation of more than almost 300 courses that comprise the Nonprofit Management Institute. Her duties include designing and producing catalogs and brochures, recruiting and coordinating volunteer trainers and workshop logistics.
