Organizational Assessment

We help clients assess their organization's ability to function effectively in all areas of nonprofit management and leadership. Nonprofit Management Solutions consultants work with clients to design and implement a results oriented plan to strengthen both the organization's effectiveness and its role in the community. Our role in implementation may include coaching the Executive or Board Chair, facilitating staff and/or Board discussions and working with the organization in specific areas of management.
