They demonstrate emotional control and seek first to understand the other person’s point of view and remains calm in challenging situations. In this workshop, participants:
? Self-assess common approaches to handing conflict.
? Reflect on personal challenges and barriers to resolving conflict.
? Define conflict.
? Identify sources of sources of conflict and techniques to manage conflict.
? Develop an action plan for resolving conflict.
