A part of the Nonprofit Leadership Forum Lunch & Learn Series, this seminar will will feature Dr. Sherry Nooravi, organizational psychologist and Principal of Strategy Meets Performance, a leadership consulting firm that has been connecting strategy and performance for non-profit, fast-growth and Fortune 500 companies for more than 20 years.

For her community work, she has been recognized as “A Voice to Listen to” in La Jolla and “Citizen of the Year” for successfully applying her professional expertise to community development for San Diego residents and visitors. On a global level, she is a proponent for literacy as a means of eradicating poverty and strengthening communities and has supported Room to Read in building schools and libraries in developing countries such as Africa, Nepal, India and Vietnam.
