||Description: While evaluating and developing team members one may need to hold team members accountable for high-quality results using a formal process to measure progress; while following applicable HR laws. In this workshop, participants:
1) Define performance management.
2) Recognize the steps of the Progressive Discipline Process.
3) Explore personnel law, how to avoid litigation, and gain resources for keeping up-to-date.
4) Describe the steps in documenting a performance situation.
