Our public Training Institute annually provides more than 200 high-quality,
affordable educational opportunities specifically designed to assist
nonprofit professionals and volunteers in building and strengthening
their management and technical skills. Two training catalogs are
published each year, featuring workshops and leadership forums on
a wide variety of topics. As new classes are scheduled, they will
be added to this site. View currently scheduled classes by selecting
a Course Category (left) or the Calendar of Workshops.
Individuals with disabilities will find our facilities accessible.
If possible, please notify us two weeks prior to a workshop date
if you require specific assistance.
Funding is available for a limited
number of training scholarships!

Workshop fees are discounted
to NMS Members. Not only do members get a regular
discounted price for all trainings, members are eligible for our
Fee + 5 program. The second and fourth registrants pay only $5 when
the first and third registrants pay the member fee. Click

On-Site Customized Training
enables organizations to bring training to any size group within
your organization, or for conference break-outs, and have it tailored
to address your specific needs and issues. All of the workshops
in the Training Institute can be adapted for on-site training as
well as other training areas that you may request.
In addition to Training Institute workshops, NMS offers a Certificate
in Nonprofit Management, a joint program with Chapman University.
