Gail Patterson PhD, has a BA in Behavioral Science, a MS in Dispute Resolution, and a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. She received her MS and PhD from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Patterson is a Certified Mediator with over 25 years of experience in education, conflict resolution training/programming, program management and development, grant writing and program evaluation.
For eight years, Dr. Patterson worked at CR Analysis, Inc., a consulting firm based out of San Diego that she founded and where she was the Principal Analyst. The primary work of the firm was conflict resolution training, curriculum development, program evaluation, development services and grant writing. Prior to forming her own company Dr. Patterson was a Principal Investigator and educational researcher for the School District of Palm Beach County in West Palm Beach, FL for over 10 years. Locally, her clients included WestED, Grossmont High School and the Poway School District.
Dr. Patterson’s early career included over 15 years of working with federal grant projects, managing contracts and grants with the School District of Palm Beach County and Broward County School District. Her technical skills include: mediation, program evaluation, project management, trainer, operations management, proposal coordination, policy and procedure development, project start-up, training development, strategy planning and change management.
