Our goal is to cultivate emotionally intelligent leaders for the nonprofit sector. This workshop introduces you to the heart of that work. Mindful team members assess personal feelings, strengths and limitations, and possess the ability to keep negative emotions and behaviors under control. Emotional intelligence is a major factor in self-management and relationship building for professional success.
