Getting Started
What will be different about the new NPS learning platform? Nonprofit Solutions has migrated to a new online Learning Management System (LMS) to give members an improved experience. The new platform includes access to live and recorded online trainings, as well as a library of 600+ on-demand courses — all in one place.
How do I get started? You'll receive a welcome email from your organization's seat manager with instructions to set up your account. From there, create your password and log in to access your professional development.

Account & Login
How do I update my email address or profile information? Select My Dashboard, then My Account. Under User Details, you can update your name, email address, or password.

Workshop Enrollment
How do I register for a live workshop?
Select Specialty Workshops from the top navigation to go to the courses page
Browse the offerings and select the course you'd like to attend
Click the red Enroll button to go to the course page
If the session is upcoming, click Continue to add it to your calendar. When it's time for the session, click Join Live Session to be prompted into the Zoom room
How do I un-enroll from an upcoming live workshop? Please contact us at info@npsolutions.org and we'll remove the course from your dashboard.

⚠️ Important: You must join the workshop through the Zoom portal inside our learning platform to receive credit for the session.

How do I enroll in a certificate program?
Select Earn Certificates from the top navigation
Choose the certificate program you're interested in and click Enroll
Enter your payment information on the following screen and select Buy

Is there a time limit to complete a self-paced course? No, there is no time limit to complete a self-paced course. Learn at whatever pace works best for you.
Can I re-take a course I've already completed? Yes! All workshops are available to re-take after completion.
Will I receive a reminder before a live workshop starts? Yes, you'll receive a reminder email the week of the workshop so you never miss a session.
How do I access workshop materials? Once on a course page, workshop materials are linked on the left-hand side for easy viewing and downloading. You can also download your certificate of completion and badge from the same location.

Tracking Your Progress
How do I view my professional development activity? From the top navigation bar, select My Course Dashboard, then My Account. Here you can view past courses and upcoming registrations for live workshops.
Where are my past professional development records? Our learning platform only displays professional development earned through the new platform. Records of past workshops are retained through YM, and all badges and certifications remain accessible through Accredible. For any questions, email info@npsolutions.org.
What happens to my course progress if my membership expires? Your certificates of completion and badges will remain accessible through Accredible regardless of your membership status. Access to any courses in progress will be paused until your membership is renewed.
Certificates & Badges
How do I get a certificate of completion or badge? Badges and certificates are available for applicable programs through Accredible. At the end of your course, navigate to the certificate section, complete the relevant information (such as your name), and click the link to access your badge or certificate.
- Certificates are available for download and can be shared directly to social media
- View all earned badges under My Learning
- Users can view details of the badge by clicking on the icon, which will take you to the issuer site, Accredible.
- You can also share your accomplishments to Linkedin by selecting the share button under the course name in Accredible.
Team Enrollment - Seat Manager
Adding Team Members
As the seat manager, you are responsible for adding team members to your organization's account. You can add members one at a time or in bulk.
To get started:

- Log in to your account
- From the main page, select Users, then Multiple Seats
- Click on your organization's group to access your seats
Adding a Single Team Member
- Select Add Member — a menu will appear on the right side of the screen
- Under User Details, enter the team member's username and email address
- Under Enrollment, check the box to Add to Seat
- Select Add User — the screen will refresh and your new team member will appear in the member list
Adding Team Members in Bulk
- Select Bulk Actions, then Add Members
- Download the available Excel template and fill in each team member's email and username
- You may set a password for each user or leave it blank so they can create their own
- Upload the completed file by clicking Upload
- Under Enrollment Settings, you can choose to send each new member a welcome email
- When all information is ready, select Add Members — the screen will refresh and your new team members will appear in the member list
How do I remove a team member who has left our organization?
Log in to the seat manager portal and select Users, then Multiple Seats
Click on your organization's seat group to view all team members
Check the box next to the appropriate user and select Suspend.

Registering Staff for WorkshopsYes, you can enroll your team members in workshops directly from your seat manager account.
Ensure your team member has an account and is occupying a seat. Hover over their name and click the three dots on the left-hand side. Select Products → Enroll in Courses. Select the course you'd like to enroll them in

From the left-hand navigation, select Reports, then Overall User Progress. Here you can view all staff learning activity and filter by person, course, and more. ⚠️ Important: Staff must join workshops via the Zoom link within our learning platform to be marked as attended and receive credit for the session.
How do I know how many seats my organization has? Once inside your organization's seat group, the bar at the top of the screen will display the number of users currently enrolled and the total number of seats available.

Membership & Billing
When does my membership renew and how do I update my billing information? Select My Dashboard, then My Account to view your renewal date and update your credit card information.
What happens to my team's access if we don't renew on time? Learner account access will be paused if there is a lapse in membership and automatically resumed upon renewal.

💳 We no longer accept check payments for workshops or membership renewals. All payments must be made by credit card.
🔄 Your account is set to auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must contact us before your expiration date.
💰 Refunds are available upon request within one week of renewal if the renewal was unintended.To cancel your membership, hover over the three dots on your plan and select Cancel Plan.
