While each 2-hour exploratory workshop provides a valuable independent learning experience, completion of all ten workshops in the series gives participants a toolbox of integrated strategies for both self and team management.

Logistics

Each workshop is offered several times a year and can be taken in any order. All sessions are held virtually.

Participants earn a certificate upon completion of all ten workshops.

This cohort-based virtual program will be offered over the course of 4 2-hour sessions. Certificates are issued at completion of the four sessions.

Accountability doesn't have to mean punishment; it can be rooted in empathy. This program teaches you how to master Compassionate Accountability—the essential skill of balancing high performance standards with a trauma-informed, supportive approach.
