Conflict is not necessarily negative if it can be resolved effectively. An interest-based, relational approach to conflict respects individual differences that help people avoid becoming too entrenched in fixed positions.

This workshop is part of our Mindful Manager Series. Take it alone or part of series to earn a certificate. Workshops can be taken in any order.
