Course overview
Burnout among mission-driven leaders is not simply the result of working too hard. It is often the result of working in the wrong direction — expending enormous energy trying to manage outcomes, relationships, and systems that are not ours to control.
This specialty workshop draws on Stoic philosophy — and the practitioner expertise of Ken Davenport, CEO of Mission Edge — to give managers a clear, grounded framework for understanding where their energy goes and how to redirect it. Delivered virtually in a focused two-hour format, the session is expert-led with structured moments for individual reflection and light whole-group engagement.
This is not a group therapy session or a peer roundtable. It is an expert-facilitated learning experience grounded in one of the oldest and most practical leadership philosophies in existence — applied directly to the realities of managing people and programs in mission-driven organizations today.
